Our Story
KTC Transactions, LLC is a real estate transaction business run by me, Kristin Frabotta, a licensed real estate professional. What makes my business unique is that I am the sole female owner and have been in this business for over 10 years. I have done it all! Wholesale, traditional, marketing, and getting licensed myself. The skill set and knowledge that I have started this beautiful idea, and now it's come to fruition! The more businesses I worked for in the real estate world, the more I realized that there is a need for an educated and reliable transaction coordinator for EVERY real estate company or agent! I started out working long hours and working for others and not seeing much in return. I then decided to get educated and licensed, and started working for myself. I started this company to break the outdated typical form of transaction coordinating by offering a unique approach with the services we provide. I'm passionate about making sure that all of my clients have the best experience possible and are taken care of every step of the way.
